QNu Labs Gains Recognition by the Government of India, Selected Under National Quantum Mission

QNu Labs was officially selected as one of the startups supported under India's prestigious National Quantum Mission receiving formal government recognition as a key technology partner for quantum-safe cryptography and a cornerstone of India's national quantum security strategy. Announced in November 2024, the selection placed QNu Labs among the initial cohort of eight startups chosen by the Department of Science and Technology, validating its technology readiness and strategic relevance to India's quantum ambitions. The National Quantum Mission, running from 2023–24 to 2030–31 with a total outlay of Rs 6,003 crore, targets development of quantum computers, satellite-based secure communication, quantum sensing, and advanced materials. For QNu Labs, the selection provided both financial support and institutional endorsement, accelerating large-scale deployment of its ARMOS QKD platform, Tropos QRNG, and QShield unified quantum security platform. The recognition also strengthened QNu Labs' positioning with government, defence, and enterprise customers for whom National Quantum Mission affiliation serves as a critical credibility and production-readiness signal.
