QNu Labs Warns Encrypted Data Is Already at Risk

In this MIT Sloan Management Review India byline, QNu Labs made the case that encrypted data is already compromised, with decryption simply coming later. The article explained the harvest-now-decrypt-later threat: adversaries capture encrypted data today to unlock it once a capable quantum computer arrives, so long-shelf-life information is effectively exposed now. QNu argued that waiting is not an option, urging early migration to post-quantum cryptography and quantum key distribution. It translated a complex risk into a clear business imperative for leaders across banking, defence, and enterprise, reinforcing QNu's authority on quantum risk and its ARMOS, Tropos, and QShield portfolio as the response to a threat already in motion.
